My strong communication skills, business acumen, and 20-year Navy career set me apart from other coaches and business leaders. In the Navy, I supervised a team of 500 people, gaining valuable experience and insight into organization, goal setting, and motivating people. On a smaller scale, but not less important, I work with parents and teens to overcome the challenges of everyday life. For businesses and executive level professionals, I address both the human elements and the business aspects to achieving success.
