What is a coach?

A coach is a mixture of the many people we all need in our lives: teacher, friend, confidant, and someone who holds us accountable to do what we say we want to do. Trust, love, and compassion are integral parts of the coaching partnership. Clients develop a strong personal bond and trusting relationship with their coaches. The very personal nature of the coaching process requires clients and their coaches to develop a strong, mutually trusting, mutually respectful, and mutually focused partnership.

My model of coaching begins with the client stating outcomes that are agreed upon by both of us. I then design a Coaching Program based on my knowledge, experience, and insights to help the client reach the stated outcomes. The client and I then devise a strategy, develop a plan, and set specific milestones. Back to FAQ's List
