Along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Science in Management from Troy State, Lisa also possesses several important certifications including the International Coach Federation, Associate Certified Coach Designation (ACC), certified facilitator for Parent as Coach, as well as for the Life Blueprint Institute. She is a graduate of Coach University, the Centre for Coach Training in Portland, Oregon. Lisa is also an authorized facilitator of the Parent as Coach Program (www.parentascoach.com) as well as the Now What? 90 Days to A New Life Direction (www.lifeblueprintinstitute.com). Lisa is a member of the International Coach Federation, Coachville, Business Network International, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the Springfield Virginia Chamber of Commerce.

Aside from her professional life, Lisa has 20 years experience in the U.S. Navy, retiring at the rank of Commander. Lisa Carey has an extensive background in computers, communications, and information security. Throughout her Navy career she held numerous positions that gave her experience in anti-submarine warfare, manpower and personnel, security, and anti-terrorism. This successful business coach is also a wife to Michael Carey and the mother of a daughter Joanne.
